Capable houses

well it appears some houses are more capable of gardening then others, for when i started gardening in my small mooshu home, i could only plant 10 things, but in my DS home only 5 plots or seeds can be planted total:

and then in my Myth House it has space for 100 gardening spots! this is such a variety i thought it must be a bug or just down right strange.

bizarre huh?
further investigations of the other houses is obviously needed, which i will do for the most part unless someone has information on a house.

another few house just to get more comparison information is the oasis camp, MB large house, Balance house and the Wooded cottage. Here are their information in that order:
