well today my myth guy was in hyde park when i saw this particular bit of speech from her:

to my recall, we haven't seen anyone else anywhere mention our map, and some areas have been quite confusing in terms of where we have needed to go. So this leads me to believe that the NPC's don't normally know about our "map" and so Ms. Conrail here has realized she is in a video game and given us a hint about it, and since she isn't in the tutorial, she has broken the fourth wall. Food for thought.
