hmm that is annoying

well on the side of my blog it shows various things but what i noticed was that 2 features are acting weird. 1. was the highlighted blogs, it is all black except when you go over where a blog title is it will appear, then disappear when you take your mouse off of it. 2. the same problem with my post history! i have fiddled with it since i noticed this, and nothing is showing any improvement. any techies out there some advice or solution would be nice thanks.
